I want to sell my home, how much commission do you charge?
Commission is Negotiable. We are sure you’ve heard the saying: “Quality is remembered, long after price is forgotten”.
Our local industry standard is 6%-7%.
What is the first step in the home buying process?
You will need to speak with a lender in order to get pre-approved for a loan, unless you’ve hit the jackpot. That way you’ll know how much home you can afford.
When I sell my home, do I have closing costs?
Yes. Sellers’ closing costs are basically Sales Tax, Title Insurance, Title Company fees and County fees. Property Tax, any HOA fees and services will be prorated for the time you’ve owned your home for the current year.
How long does it take to buy a house?
The home buying process varies from transaction to transaction. Once you’ve found a house and have an accepted offer, it usually takes around 30 to 45 days to close for a financed deal. Cash transactions are pretty quick.

Do I need a home inspection?
Although not required, we STRONGLY recommend one. If you don’t know any home inspectors, we can refer several to choose from.
I have a tenant living in my property, Can I still sell it?
Yes, you can. When you sell a home with the tenant, the rental lease is attached and needs to be honored by the new owner. We would just need to accommodate all parties involved and the transaction, accordingly.
Do you work with Veterans?

When can I move in/out of the property?
Day of closing is day of purchase! That’s when the keys are transferred.
Do you work on Weekends?
Absolutely! Our schedules are based on your availability. In order to serve you better, we’ll adjust our schedules to accommodate yours.
I'm moving outside of Florida... Can you help me?
We’d be glad to research and help you find another qualified Real Estate Agent in any state. Rest assured, we will stay with you until your home transaction is completed.
